Overall, Einstein Analytics is a BI tool with strong out of the box ETL and data visualization capabilities that glean deeper insights into business metrics and seems to be suited for organizations with lightweight data analysis needs or those that already implement Salesforce solutions.

Users had very positive feedback about customer support, mentioning that they were very fast to respond to issues. There were mixed reviews on the learning curve. While some said it was easy to introduce beginners, others noted the necessity to understand data concepts to use the tool. The drill down feature in dashboards is robust, helping users thoroughly visualize data. Users also complained about the lack of advanced features such as NLP and collaboration.
