Casper De Clercq, David Berger, Kevin Riegelsberger and Tim McMullen founded Epicor in 1972.

Steve Murphy has served as the CEO since 2017. Murphy’s long-term vision for Epicor is to improve the customer experience and push for innovative products and software that drive business growth. Prior to Epicor, Murphy was the president of OpenText and held sales and operations leadership roles for Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Manugistics.

Lisa Pope is the president of Epicor. She has more than 25 years of software industry experience and knowledge in the realms of manufacturing, retail, healthcare and distribution. Pope can convert direct and indirect sales and give teams direction on becoming cloud-focused.

She oversees the Go-to-Market strategy, American sales, global marketing, EDI and auto with a cloud-first approach. Before Epicor, Pope served as the senior vice president of global strategy and sales at Infor and led global sales strategies at QAD. She’s also held several leadership and sales positions at Oracle, NCR and Triad Systems.
