    I am not a great fan of lead scoring. For me it is an essential but not sufficient. In my last role we focused on generating leads from interactions or, if the interaction was not sufficiently qualified, providing the score and potentially alerting the sales person to a sudden increase or a break-thru. If for instance, in an email automation, I had a video link I would like to be able to flag that and generate a specific alert to the sales team. This is not possible with just a scoring system I believe. Which products can do this?
