TheraNest provides an intuitive and user-friendly system for mental health providers. Users are happy with its telehealth feature as it helps them connect with clients virtually, even though it can have glitches sometimes. Most users who mentioned support found it frustrating that they were unable to speak to a customer service executive, and even when they did, the support team was unresponsive. While it offers Excel integration, the process is time-consuming. Credit card processing and billing are complex. Users say that it is not suitable for larger practices.
