Key differentiators & advantages of Adeptia

  • Maximize ROI: Improve speed to market with reduced capital requirements and financial risk with its subscription-based pricing model. Shorten invoicing and payment cycles through quicker service delivery. Give customers an enhanced digital experience with faster information throughput, such as for orders, payments and shipments. Transform the business digitally through self-service enablement for customer and supplier data onboarding, retaining security and governance with the internal IT team.
  • Onboard Customer Data: Drive business faster by uploading supplier and buyer data and connecting to external business touchpoints in minutes. Ingest data in any format, removing the need for time-consuming data transformation processes at the customer end. Create custom B2B data connections as necessary or use out-of-the-box connectors.
  • Automate Workflows: Free up IT resources to focus on what’s important through automated end-to-end business processes that include setting up data flows and partner profiles. Remove manual intervention for data validation, last-mile integration workflows, exceptions and error handling. Reduce operating costs by automatically updating data with changes in suppliers’ inventory and pricing information.
  • Enhance Functionality: Plug in any existing external software in any programming language, and reuse it at any time in the data flow. Centrally manage all connected software with formats, mapping rules, triggers and data flows for all customers and partners.
  • Highly Performant: Process large data volumes on a daily basis. Ensures redundancy and failover by scaling in a clustered mode. Sends real-time notifications and alerts and recovers failed transactions in time.
  • Monitor System Health: Check B2B integration health by viewing all data connections in real time. Track and fix any errors while viewing EDI and non-EDI transactions on a per partner basis.
  • Support for Industry Standards: Supports all major eCommerce industry standards, like pre-built schemas, data dictionaries and message formats. Complies with AS2, SFTP, FTPS and MLLP communication security protocols.
  • Multi-Platform Support: Deploys on any system, thanks to being developed on a Java/J2EE platform. Available for Windows, Linux and other Unix platforms such as Sun Solaris.

Industry Expertise

The vendor provides B2B data integration to clients in multiple industries across the world. These include human resources, financial services, stock markets, healthcare, insurance, retail, logistics, manufacturing, technology, payroll and benefits services and many more.

Key Features

  • Application Integration: Manage team roles, secure login access and permissions from a single, centralized command center. Leverages a services-based architecture (SOA) to automate all processes that include man-to-system and system-to-man processes. It is built on trending technologies that include Java, Web Services, APIs and XML and supports both REST and SOAP services.
  • SecureBridge: Securely exchange large volumes of sensitive data in multiple formats with a network of remote vendors, customers and other business partners, irrespective of where it comes from. Enables data exchange and file transfer between clients and remote data centers without much operational expense.
  • Layout Builder: Create a layout manually through a data file directly on the interface. This feature is supported for Excel, text, positional and PDF layouts.
  • Task Manager: View priorities and tasks-in-waiting with due dates and those that are overdue. View individual tasklists and re-distribute responsibilities as necessary. Fix errors before data processing to update end systems.
  • Cross-Platform Connectivity: Integrate customer and partner data with any platform or database such as HIPAA/HL7, ACORD AL3/XML and more. The web-based system deploys faster and can run in the background seamlessly. Automates customer interactions with data, error correction and data resubmission for process validation.
  • Data Flow Triggers: Execute specific data flows on schedule through pre-set triggers. Or run real-time workflows based on specific events, like receiving an email or a file uploaded to an FTP folder.
  • Process Designer: Create data flows, routing rules and business processes and document them via graphics for easy understanding. Share by exporting the process document in a PDF format.
  • Data Mapping: Speeds up data transformation for faster data onboarding through its AI-powered data mapping solution. Learns from existing data maps through machine learning algorithms to predict and suggest data mapping rules automatically.
  • Linking Agent with Partner: Associate an Agent with a Partner and view the linked Agent’s details on the Partner manage page. In turn, view the associated partner on the Agent Management dashboard.
  • Usage Report: Set up the Connect application to send usage reports to the license server automatically on a monthly or quarterly basis.
